Smoked Turkey and Strawberry Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 Smoked turkey breast slices
  • Strawberries (2 or 3 per sandwich), sliced
  • 10 Baby spinach leaves
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise (I added a little balsamic vinegar, to taste)
  • 2 pieces Sourdough bread, pre sliced

Directions

Spread Mayonnaise on both slices of bread. Layer all ingredients and enjoy!

This sandwich is light, fresh, and perfect for springtime!
